3E Longevity Program

3E stands for the three areas that I believe are the key areas to focus on to enhance one’s health and quality of life. Those areas are exercises, eating, and eastern medicine. I know I am just one person, but I feel strongly about helping people with more than acupuncture. I want to change a handful of people’s lives, and help others lessen the mistakes that I’ve made myself when it comes to longevity. I’m very excited to share my passion for these areas with you. This is a 1-on-1 program that is a 1 year commitment where I will work with each individual to tailor a program that fits you. Please read below for more detail.

Why Exercise?

New research has shown that moderate physical activity had a 26% to 31% lower all-cause mortality and a 28% to 38% lower risk of cardiovascular disease mortality. On top of that, there was an observed 25% to 27% lower risk of non-cardiovascular disease mortality. No drug on the market can achieve these numbers. That’s why I’m so passionate about exercise. Consistency is more important than the perfect workout. More importantly, not getting hurt is the key to staying consistent.

We will develop an exercise program focusing on aerobic exercise, stability training, and resistance training. Don’t worry…I will adapt the program to your current fitness level and goals.

Why Eating?

There is no perfect diet even though many people believe there is and many companies make a point to lead you to believe that. Knowing exactly how to tweak your nutrition can be complicated. When it comes to nutrition, I do have advice and experience. I will help develop a nutrition guide for you no matter where you are on the metabolic spectrum.

Why Eastern Medicine?

When you are making changes in your life for the better, it can be difficult physically and mentally. This program will require effort. There is no magic in getting healthy and fit…I wish there was. It’s not sexy. It’s often boring and monotonous. Throughout the program, you can get regular acupuncture sessions and purchase supplements at a discounted rate to ensure that you are getting everything you need to continue to progress.

What to Expect…

This program is limited to 10 individuals. With my family, practice, and pursuit of ultramarathon goals, I want to make sure that I give you the time you deserve. That is why this will be a first come, first serve program. Once 10 individuals have purchased the program, it will close for the year.

This program is a year long endeavor. The goal of this longevity program is to provide you the tools to improve your health and fitness. After the year is up, I hope you will have seen a vast improvement in your life. You will have the template, and you can always reach back out for guidance.

The Cost?

$5,000 for a year. The reason being is that you are getting personal training, nutritional support, and unlimited acupuncture sessions all rolled into one program. The average annual cost of a personal trainer is $3,120. The average annual cost of a nutritionist is $3,000. The average annual cost of an acupuncturist/alternative medicine practitioner is between $1,000-$3,000. This price is certainly a lot up front, but you will save in the long run. The payment is up front because I want to commit to you for a year. I’m not the biggest fan of only a month of work. That’s not my goal with this program.
